Print That Earns Its Place in Your Budget
Nonprofit print is different work. The appeal letter has to bring in more than it cost to mail. The event signage has to be ready the morning of, because the date doesn't move. And the person placing the order is usually a development director already wearing four other hats, with no designer down the hall.
Every dollar an organization spends on printing is a dollar that didn't go to the mission. We'd rather tell you to order fewer than watch a case of brochures go stale in a storage closet.
Appeals & Donor Mail
Year-end and spring appeal letters, remittance and reply envelopes, pledge cards, giving day pieces, acknowledgment and thank-you notes, renewal and lapsed-donor mailings, and full print-and-mail service with addressing and postage.
Walks, Runs & Galas
Event programs and auction catalogs, registration and waiver forms, tickets and wristband cards, table numbers and place cards, name badges, route and directional signs, start and finish banners, and oversized presentation checks.
Sponsor Recognition
Sponsor logo banners and recognition boards, tiered sponsor signage, hole and station signs, table tents, program ad pages, easel and pedestal signs, and thank-you pieces that give your sponsors something to point at.
Volunteer & Staff Apparel
Event and volunteer t-shirts, team and crew shirts, staff polos, hats and visors, bandanas, and awareness apparel. Screen print, embroidery, heat press, direct-to-garment, and patches — sized and delivered by event date.
Awareness & Outreach
Program brochures and rack cards, posters and flyers, yard signs, vinyl banners, retractable banner stands, A-frame signs, table throws and tabletop displays, window decals, and Every Door Direct Mail to defined neighborhoods.
Board & Grant Materials
Annual reports and impact reports, board books and presentation folders, grant application and reporting packets, program one-pagers, letterhead and envelopes, business cards, and case-for-support documents.
Four Things We'll Do Differently
Most of what makes print hard for a small organization isn't the printing. It's everything around it.
We've done this work before
Over the years we've produced print and promotional materials for mission-driven organizations, including the ALS Association and Mountains to Sound Greenway in the Seattle area — disease research and patient support on one hand, land conservation and trail stewardship on the other. Different missions, but the same realities: donor deadlines, event dates, board scrutiny, and budgets where the print line gets looked at closely.
We also print regularly for churches and ministries, and for community and civic organizations here in the Tri-Lakes area and Colorado Springs.
Tell Us What's Coming Up
An appeal going out this fall, a walk in the spring, an annual report due to the board. Send us the project and we'll quote it with options — no contracts, no account minimums, and no obligation.
